bliss balls

So yummy, and healthy too! It Only take minutes to whip up a batch!


  • 100gms walnuts or cashews
  • 100gms almonds
  • 2 Tbls of linseed, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 170gms fresh dates pitted
  • 100gms dried figs
  • 100gms prunes
  • 1 Tbls tahini or peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 Tbls raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbls honey or rice malt syrup
  • 100gms of desiccated coconut


  1. Combine nuts and seeds in a food processor and blitz until you have fine crumbs (meal)
  2. Add the different fruits and combine until smooth
  3. Add the tahini, cacao, cinnamon, honey and a pinch of sea salt and process until the mixture forms a ball
  4. pinch off golf ball size pieces of mixture and roll into balls. (it helps to have slightly wet hands)
  5. Roll each ball in coconut to finish

Store in an airtight container in the fridge
